Common questions
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within 1–2 business days. We read every email — during active betas or launches it may take a little longer.
I found a bug. What should I include?
Which app you were using, the device and OS version, and what you were doing right before it happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot if you can grab one.
Do your apps collect my personal data?
Most Old Dog Labs apps are built to need as little as possible from you — many don't require an account at all. Each app's specific data practices are documented in its own privacy policy, linked below.
Can I request a feature?
Always. Tell us the app and what you're trying to do — we build these apps for the people using them, and a lot of what ships started as an email like that.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email us with the app name and the account/device details, and we'll take care of it. Apps that don't use accounts don't retain anything to delete in the first place.
